What we collect

When you submit a project request through this portal, we collect the information you provide: your company and contact details, a description of your project, the systems you use, your schedule and team details, and budget information. Please do not submit passwords or credentials, financial account numbers, or sensitive personal information — if a project proceeds, we will arrange a secure way to share anything of that kind.

Why we collect it

We use your information to assess your project request and to contact you about it. We only use it for marketing if you separately opt in on the form. Submitting a request is a request for discussion — it is not a contract.

Where it lives and who can see it

Your submission is stored in Ayy-I's private project portal. Access is limited to Ayy-I team members who need it to assess and run your project. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as needed to operate this portal or as required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep intake records while they are relevant to your request or project, and we review them periodically. You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct or delete it.
